Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is a hard and simple competitive fighting art from Thailand with roots originating from the ancient Thai Army's close combat system called Muay Boran.

We are a progressive Muay Thai Academy located in Eskilstuna, Sweden.

Muay Thai is a highly effective martial art for men and women. It relies on timing, speed and proper technique to overcome stronger opponents.

We teach in a safe and controlled environment which fosters camaraderie and respect.
