Scandinavian Defendo currently consists of a self-protection system in which whe incorporate the training methods from WW2 with the addition of techniques from use of force systems that enables the operator to resolve problems where the threat is lower and for situations where control is needed.
The Classic Combat H2HC training is based on W. H Fairbain and E. A Sykes developed during World War II and the ones that were trained whit the Allied commandos - Special Operations Executive (SOE) agents and the training that was going on in Sweden during and after World War II from A. G Mann.

The instructors at the Swedish commando schools were often Lingekarer; Commando Soldiers from Company Linge, usually after completion of a mission in Norway, and before their return to Scotland. The training in Sweden was identical to the training in Scotland, whe cooperate with colleagues of A.G Mann who for more than 20 years, trained and educated individuals to survive in worst of circumstances.
Today's combat training techniques are still intact, changes in training have been made to adapt the system to the prevailing laws. All techniques in training are based on simplicity and is adapted to the context they are been used in, which is necessary for it to function in situations of high emotional stress.
The techniques you will learn must be conducted with as little information processing as possible (the more information, the slower the response will be)
